Trailight is pleased to announce that Dirk Young has joined the board as a non-executive of Trailight as of 15th November. Dirk brings with him a wealth of experience of Compliance and transformational regulatory programmes.
Medius consulting, a compliance consultancy, and Trailight have agreed partnership terms with the aim of providing a blended full-service provision to help firms manage the set up and change management implications of the Individual Accountability Regime.

Trailight is pleased to announce the launch of their IAR (Individual Accountability Regime) Platform into the market place.
The Platform is designed to automate and systemise the requirements of the regime allowing firms to reduce the cost of managing the regime and reduce risk of non-compliance.
Trailight partnered up with L&Co to rebrand the business. Our purpose is to help our customers shin a light on their organisations, connecting the dots of accountability, culture and performance to enable them to focus on driving the business whilst satisfying the regulator requirements. Hence Trailight was born combining the key concepts of Transparency and audit trail.
Tom Golding, Managing Director of Accuity, a Reed Elsevier Business, joins the board as a Non-Executive Director. Tom has spent the last 15 years delivering technology into the global Financial Services marketplace. Jonathan Cathie, General Counsel to Gresham Technology Plc, joins the board as a Non-Executive Director. Jonathan acted as an advisor to the purchase of AITrackrecord and his experience in negotiating complex agreements with global Financial Services organisations will be invaluable to the business.
Access Intelligence, a listed supplier of software-as-a-service for reputation and operational risk management, has agreed to sell its subsidiary AITrackRecord to TrackRecord Holdings, a newly formed company founded by David McNair Scott, current chief executive of TrackRecord.
