Joanna Arnold
Board Member and Remuneration Committee Chair
Joanna joined the Board in July 2016 as a non-executive director and chair of the remuneration committee. She was previously CEO of AITrackRecord Limited, a subsidiary of Access Intelligence plc, which was divested to TrackRecord Holdings Limited, now trading as Trailight. During her time as CEO, she was responsible for setting the Company’s product innovation roadmap.
Joanna is CEO of Access Intelligence plc (AIM:ACC), a reputation and risk management software business delivering a portfolio of SaaS solutions to the public and private sector. Prior to this, Joanna held roles in venture capital and hedge funds, specialising in software investments.
