Jonathan Cathie
Board Member and Audit Committee Chair
Jonathan joined the Board in August 2016 as a non-executive director and chair of the audit committee. His role is to provide constructive challenge and support to the executive team on strategies and performance, and to ensure effective governance and risk control systems are in place.
Jonathan is a qualified solicitor and is currently General Counsel and Company Secretary at Gresham Technologies plc (LSE:GHT). Prior to this, Jonathan worked at Shoosmiths LLP specialising in technology mergers and acquisitions.
Jonathan holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering (Masters) and postgraduate qualifications in law.
