Service Desk Analyst

Kyle has been a member of Customer Success team at Trailight since September 2020. His role consists of providing support to clients from initial contact, troubleshooting, escalation and resolution of issues to providing ongoing training and guidance. His focus is to provide our clients with timely, friendly support and build valuable ongoing working relationships.

Prior to his work at Trailight, Kyle established himself in the engineering industry with over 15 years’ experience working with clients to deliver their vision. He is also passionate about emerging technology, and it was this passion that led Kyle to join the Customer Success team at Trailight. The skills learned during his time as an engineer have carried across into the role and he continues to develop his knowledge within the industry.
